Sharon prepares your home loan application for submmision to underwriting. Sharon works directly with our in house underwriters to ensure all conditions on your loan are fullfilled. By having an experienced loan specialist on staff we can ensure your loan goes through the underwriting process quickly and succesfully.
Sharon also prepares all closing documentation including the Mortgage and Note you will be signing at closing. She issues the funding wire to the title company in advance of closing and will ensure your loan gets funded on time.
